Mainly produced in Jiaxin, Pinhu, Haining, Jingning of Zejiang province and Wuxian of Jiangsu, and Suzhou; also in Anhui province.

主產於浙江嘉興、平湖 、海寧、景寧，江蘇吳縣、蘇州等地，銷全國
各地，此外安徽亦有產。

主治﹕

For treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, numbness in skin and muscles, TB in bones and joints, paralysis, blurry vision, rashes and rabies, leprosy, epilepsy, tetanus, flatulence, burping, constipation, amenorrhea, fullness in the uterus due to accumulation of blood, and polio of children.

治風濕頑痹，肌膚不仁，關節, 骨結核，半身不遂，視物不 清﹐昏朦症，風 疹疥癬癬，麻風，癲癇，破傷風，腹脹腸鳴﹐噯氣﹐便秘﹐閉經﹐腹痛﹐子宮血 痞﹐小 兒麻痹症。

Name of formula: wu shao she xiao feng yin

Composition:

wu shao she 3 g (ground), chan tui 12 g, dang gui 15 g, chi shao 12 g, fang feng 10 g, jing jie 10 g, di fu zi 18 g, chai hu 6 g, bai ji li 10 g, gan cao 3 g.

慢性濕疹、蕁麻疹:

烏梢蛇消風飲

烏梢蛇3克（研末）、 蟬蛻12克、當歸15克、赤芍12克、防風10克、荊芥10克、地膚子18克、柴胡6克、白蒺藜10克、甘草3克。

Cautions:

禁忌:
